Because a single orchard doesn’t really attract enough attention, the villagers in this community have built a network of Amphoe Tha Mai plantations to allows visitors to experience all the fruits available in the area – all in one go. With their wealth of knowledge and materials, a fruit lovers’ paradise was created!

Turn these fruits into a marvelous cuisine: spicy fried crispy durian, som tam durian, sweet snake fruit chili paste and local cardamom chicken soup

Tour

One Day Trip

09:00	Meet at the Rak Khao Baisi Community.
09:30	Take a tour of the orchards to see their current activities such as tending to flowering trees and general soil care.
10:30	Join in with some cooking in the orchard. Use the available produce to create some unique dishes, including snake fruit chili paste, lanzones salad & spicy fried durian.
12:00	Enjoy the local dishes and locally produced fruits that are available.
13:30	Visit a Thai village on a bike, getting an up-close experience with a 100 years in Farm Fruits.
15:00	Observe the preparation of more products, especially those which are fruit-related.
16:30	Farewell. Either shop for souvenirs and travel back or spend a night at the homestay.

Time to Visit: The fruits season reaches its peak between May and early July
