Lampang
An old Lahu and Mien settlement where the residents have now shifted their agricultural focus from tea leaves to temperate fruits and now macadamia. As a result, their village has also become a perfect agrotourism destination.

| 08:00 | Arrive at Ban Mae Cham, check-in at the homestay and take a walk to admire the village with panoramic views of the surrounding forest and mountains. |
| 09:00 | Visit Wat Wiang Wai to pay respect to the Buddha statue. The temple is on the hill with beautiful surroundings. |
| 09:30 | Discover the Ka On waterfall located 500 m from the village. |
| 10:00 | Explore 1,200 rai of coffee & macadamia plantations and pear and persimmon orchards. Other temperate fruits, which you may be able to spot, are also grown here. Their processing facility also serves as a tourist center and store for locally-produced goods. |
| 12:00 | Lunch break. |
| 13:00 | Join a discussion with the villagers, then watch a demonstration of some advanced weaving techniques by the women’s group. |
| 18:00 | Enjoy dinner with fusion recipes, such as macadamia chili paste and a temperate vegetable hotpot – while watching Lahu’s Cha Ku dance. |
| 19:00 | Free time. |

| 08:00 | Have breakfast with the hosts. Shop for community’s goods, then travel back. |
