The Lua people of Nan province are some of the best honey and wild herb gatherers in the region. Their village, which is located on the banks of the Pan River in An San Do valley, provides us with a source of valuable information that dates back as far as prehistoric times.

15:30 | Watch Lam Phi – a bamboo musical instrument show. |

08:30 | Nan River rafting, which takes a 6-7 km stretch adventure. |
12:00 | Lunch break. |
13:00 | Shop for community-made products & travel home. |
Time to Visit: All year round, except during the peak of rainy season (July to August) when there’s a risk of the river overflowing
